Nevertheless, around 16:04 on April 8, 2020, the Defendant reported the false fact to the Korean National Police Agency civil petition counseling call center 182 using a mobile phone (D) used by the Defendant in the dwelling of the Defendant in Busan Shipping Daegu B and C, and reported the false fact to the effect that “The Defendant is intending to spread Cheongdae and die the President.” In fact, according to the spread of the F situation of the police officer F of the E affiliated E, the Defendant sent the number of police officers belonging to the Seoul Shiro Police Station to five places, such as the intersection near the Cheongdae River located in Jongno-gu Seoul Metropolitan City to conduct the inspection and search.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers with regard to the handling of 112 Reporting Cases, prevention, suppression and guard of crimes.
