On April 21, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten (10) months of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. in the Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu branch support on April 21, 2015, and the above judgment was finalized on April 29, 2015. On April 22, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud in the Youngcheon District Court’s Young-gu branch support, and the above judgment became final and conclusive on April 30,

Criminal facts

The Defendant received a request for the sale of a vehicle from a casino customer and received a vehicle as a collateral from the previous us, which had concentrated around the Gangwon Islands, and had the so-called large lane transferred it to a third party without the transfer registration of ownership of a vehicle in his/her name.

Where a person who has acquired a motor vehicle intends to transfer it to a third party, he/she shall make a registration of transfer of the ownership of motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor before transferring it

Nevertheless, on October 2, 2014, the Defendant, in collusion with the operator of the pawned Hall, transferred a vehicle of KRW 157,000,000 from June 10, 201 to January 22, 2015, a vehicle of KRW 2,000,000,000 in total of the market price of KRW 157,00,000 from June 10, 201 to January 22, 2015, in collusion with the operator of the pawned Halled Halled Hall, which was requested by the operator of the Gangseo-gun-gun Seoul Special Metropolitan City, the Defendant transferred the vehicle of KRW 157,00,000 in total, without transferring the ownership of the vehicle in his/her name.
