If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Around 13:00 on June 23, 2016, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven a section of about 20 km from the front side of the Mapo-gu, Sungnam-si to the front side of the Mapo-si, Seopo-si, Seopo-si, Busan-si.
