The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
1. At around 15:00 on August 27, 2015, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim by saying, “Wook, Chewing,” the victim was “Wook, Chewing,” on the front of the Docks in the Yacheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, Gyeongcheon-gun, on the ground that the Defendant was subject to a fine on the part of the victim E.
2. The case is a crime falling under Article 311 of the Criminal Act, which can be prosecuted only when a victim files a complaint pursuant to Article 312(1) of the Criminal Act. According to the records, the victim E can be acknowledged as having cancelled the complaint against the defendant on December 14, 2015, which is after the prosecution of this case. Thus, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparag. 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
