Text
1. The defendant shall pay 80,000,000 won to the plaintiff and 12% per annum from September 5, 2019 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts of this case (a) applies only to a formal objection after being served with the original copy of the payment order, and the defendant did not submit a specific written response, and since he was absent on the date for pleading, all of the plaintiff's assertion shall be deemed to have been led to a confession pursuant to Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act).
