The reasoning of the court of first instance for the acceptance of the judgment is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except that the court of first instance orders “Defendant B” as “Defendant B,” the third 18, and “the purport of the entire pleadings” as “ [Grounds for Recognition], without any dispute,” and that “each entry in the evidence Nos. 1 and 5, and the purport of the entire pleadings” under the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act. Thus, the court accepts it as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.
2. In conclusion, the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the appeal by the Defendants is without merit, and all of them are dismissed.
