A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
1. On April 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) attempted to larceny at night buildings; (b) opened a side door that was not corrected by the victim D’s “E” in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 05:00; (c) opened, intruded into, and stolen money and valuables; (d) did not discover, but did so; (c) opened a tent door in the victim G located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F at around 03:28 on May 20, 2016, and intruded into “H” restaurant; (d) opened an outer tent door and did not correct it. (e) opened a snow back in the state of pressinging the loss and caused approximately KRW 150,000,000 in cash, including the money owned by the victim; and (e) attempted to steal the money and valuables from the date of the theft to June 20, 2017; and (e) attempted to steal the money and valuables in the aggregate from the theft to June 5, 2017.
Accordingly, the Defendant did not commit an attempted theft of money and valuables amounting to KRW 725,00,000 owned by the victims at night due to the intrusion on eight victims' structures at night.
2. From January 1, 2016 to June 1, 2016, the Defendant discovered KNF small-scale taxi parked by the victim J on the front side of Dobong-gu Seoul, Dobong-gu, Seoul, by means of taking about KRW 15,000,00 in cash, such as a street that was entered in the said tradition, and then thefted from the point of view of: (a) around 03:0 to 00; (b) around 04:0, the Defendant committed a theft and attempted to steal money and valuables worth KRW 1,737,000 in total eight times, as shown in Appendix II, from that time to June 2016.
Accordingly, the Defendant committed a theft or attempted to steals money and valuables worth KRW 1,737,000, which are owned by the victims.
3. The Defendant, on January 2016, embezzled away from possession, was located in the same 1414, Nowon-gu in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, and was located far away from the number-free taxi that was boarding before the base point of the department store.
