2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On December 13, 1978, the ownership transfer registration for the real estate indicated in attached list No. 1 was made under the name of Defendant Korea Rural Community Corporation (hereinafter “Defendant Corporation”) on the ground of land expropriation on May 20, 1978; the ownership transfer registration for the real estate indicated in attached list No. 2 was made under the name of Defendant Corporation on July 24, 1978; the ownership transfer registration for the real estate indicated in attached list No. 3 was made under the name of Defendant Corporation on December 13, 197; the ownership transfer registration for the real estate indicated in attached list No. 3 was made under the name of Defendant Corporation on May 20, 197; the ownership transfer registration for the real estate indicated in attached list No. 4 on October 26, 1978 for each of the following reasons: the ownership transfer registration for the real estate was made under the name of Defendant Corporation on July 15, 197; the ownership transfer registration for each of the following reasons:

On January 16, 1968, the registration of ownership transfer was filed under the name of the defendant Republic of Korea on September 11, 1948 on the real estate stated in the list 6.

B. The Plaintiff’s father deceased B (the deceased on September 19, 1993, hereinafter “the deceased”) purchased from Nonparty C the ownership transfer under the name of the Plaintiff on March 24, 1980 with respect to the adjoining land of this case on the grounds of inheritance by agreement division as of September 19, 193, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer for the adjoining land of this case on September 12, 1996.
