A. On February 14, 2013, the Defendant, on February 14, 2013, had an attorney-at-law working in the said office prepare a false complaint on F in the law firm B office located in Gangnam-gu Seoul E building and in the said office.

On November 19, 2012, the complaint filed a claim against the defendant with the Seoul Central District Court for a contract amount against "F, who is the defendant, submitted to the court of Seoul Central District Court a certificate of confirmation, and tried to obtain the above F as a result of the settlement as of January 10, 2007, of the shares invested in the same business with him for a period of 40 years or longer, and as of January 10, 2007, you have no objection to the result of the settlement, both parties agree to pay the above amount within December 31, 207 as of the relation with cash preparation, which takes time for cash preparation, within the period of December 31, 2007."

Nevertheless, on February 14, 2013, the defendant submitted a written complaint to the public service center of the Seoul Dong District Public Prosecutor's Office located in the Dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Gwangjin-gu.

As a result, the defendant was arrested by F with the aim of having F punished criminal punishment.

B. On December 24, 2013, the Defendant, on December 24, 2013, had the attorney-at-law working in the above office prepare a false complaint with respect to F at the place prescribed in the foregoing paragraph (1).

On May 16, 2013, the Defendant F, as evidence of the lawsuit described in the above paragraph (a), confirms that “A certificate, two-minutes 1 of H land in Gangnam-gu Seoul, where G is owned on the registry, and four-fourths 1 of its affiliated buildings, are owned by the Defendant Nonparty.” On November 7, 200, G and A are described as “G and A,” and each side of the names of said A and G.
