On November 26, 2004, the Defendant entered into an insurance contract with the Plaintiff, an insurance company, as the insured (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”). According to the special terms and conditions of the said insurance contract, where the Defendant becomes subject to diagnosis, confirmation, operation, etc. as stipulated in the said special terms and conditions, the Defendant was stipulated as being paid the medical expenses or operation expenses, etc., and detailed provisions of the relevant special terms and conditions are as listed in the attached Table.

B. On April 9, 2008, while the Defendant was undergoing the internal landscaping test at the hospital B, the Defendant was found at the Defendant’s workplace to have four m or less of 0.5m of solvents and had undergone the marcation surgery on the same day. On April 15, 2008, the Defendant was diagnosed as the marction of the workplace (hereinafter “the instant species”).

C. On May 9, 2008, the Defendant claimed insurance money and paid the instant species from C of the doctor of B Hospital, issued a written diagnosis from C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of C of D37.5 of D37.5 of the Korean Disease Classification “D37.5” (this refers to the classification code referred to as the “work of work among the fire extinguishing agencies” or the “f of boundary” -), based on which the Plaintiff claimed the payment of insurance money. On May 23, 2008, the Plaintiff paid to the Defendant the amount equivalent to 20% of the insurance amount based on the “C of D of D of C” type “on the basis of the classification code of the above diagnosis.”
