1. The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.

The purport of the claim and appeal is the purport of the appeal.
1. The grounds for the judgment of the court of first instance shall be cited pursuant to the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act citing the judgment of the court of first instance
However, some of the following shall be added:
In the fourth page of the first instance judgment, the phrase “B Nos. 1 and 3” is added to the phrase “as a result of the order to submit financial transaction information to a national bank, Busan Bank, a stock company, a stock company, the Korean Standards Dold Bank, the Nonghyup Bank, the Nonghyup Bank, the IBK Bank, and Jeju Bank.”
On the five pages of the judgment of the first instance, the following eight shall be added: “I shall have received the remittance as above two hours after the receipt of the remittance.”
On the five pages of the judgment of the court of first instance, the following seven to six cashier's checks are added "one day of January 26, 2006, which was withdrawn as above."
2. The decision of the court of first instance is justifiable.
The plaintiff's appeal is dismissed.
