[2018 Highest 6627] On August 30, 2018, the Defendant brought three times the victim’s math on the front side of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (34 years of age) for the reason that spiting the victim C (34 years of age) was protruding on the floor of the Defendant.

As a result, the defendant brought the victim's injury to the days of treatment.

1. On February 14, 2019, at around 23:40 on February 14, 2019, the Defendant entering a 1st floor gate, which had been friendlyly opened at the victim E’s residence in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and went to the front of the second floor gate where the victim is residing through stairs, and infringed upon the victim’s residence, such as opening a door several windows.

2. The Defendant damaged property by putting a stone in place on the ground that the victim E does not open the door door at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, and then 10,000 won of the repair cost.

3. On February 26, 2019, around 02:07, the Defendant: (a) 309 additional digital group near the Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government (Gamsandong), carried the taxi as if he/she had the intent or ability to pay the taxi fee; and (b) was boarding the taxi as a passenger of G-si operated by the victim F.

However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to pay taxi charges because he did not have cash at the time and the balance remains only 817 won, even if he/she arrives in front of his/her residence in Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H, which is a destination.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received taxi operation service from the victim, and did not pay 15,600 won a fee accordingly, thereby acquiring economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired financial benefits by deceiving the victim.

4. On February 26, 2019, the Defendant is a victim of the Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government H building and the Jho Lake around 02:25.
