Details of the disposition
A. The Plaintiff is a medical specialist in Mapo-gu, Seoul, establishing and operating a “C internal medical care institution” (hereinafter “instant member”).
B. Around May 2016, the Defendant conducted an on-site investigation as to whether the instant member’s claim for medical care benefit costs was proper (hereinafter “on-site investigation”) and on June 27, 2018, on the grounds that the Plaintiff was unfairly claimed and paid KRW 2,551,310 as stated below (hereinafter “grounds for Disposition 1, 2, and 3”), the Defendant ordered the Plaintiff to suspend the business of a ten-day medical care institution based on Article 98(1)1 of the National Health Insurance Act against the Plaintiff.
