A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Punishment of the crime
"2018 Highest 4933"
1. Intrusion upon a structure;
A. A. On July 15, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on July 15, 2018, at around 05:37, around July 15, 2018, in the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D apartment underground parking lot, and in the above underground parking lot, the Defendant stolen the property from the vehicle parked in the above underground parking lot, and invaded the apartment E with the said apartment E as an apartment visitor.
B. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant committed a crime on July 16, 2018, at around 06:00, at the underground parking lots indicated in paragraph (a) of the above paragraph 1 around July 16, 2018, stolen property from a car parked in the above underground parking lot, and infringed upon the above apartment custodian E as an apartment visitor.
2. The Defendant, at the time and place indicated in Section 1’s A, stolen and attempted larceny: (a) opened a twit line with the victim F G GWs car not corrected; and (b) committed a theft with the victim’s property over five times from around that time to July 16, 2018, as in Table 1 of the List of Crimes, at the same time and place; and (c) opened a twit line with the victim F GWs car not corrected; and (d) committed a attempted theft of the victims’ property over three occasions.
3. On July 18, 2018, around 02:21, the Defendant attempted to larceny the victims’ property over four occasions, such as the second time table of the crime committed, but did not commit any attempted crimes, even though the Defendant attempted to steal the victims’ property, as in the second time table of the crime committed, from around 02:45 on the same day, by going to the said apartment manager E as an apartment visitor, and intrudes on the underground parking lot, and then going to the said apartment manager E, and then going to the victim’s name and unfolding passenger car (number number non number string).

1. On July 16, 2018, the Defendant violated a structure at a passenger car that was parked in the parking lot of the said apartment in Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around 17:05.
