On November 2, 2013, at around 06:30, the Defendant driven a KS9 car owned by 500 meters from the street in front of Yungdong apartment in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu to the same 139-3, while under the influence of alcohol with 0.153% of alcohol content.
