A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for six months and by imprisonment for four months.

, however, for one year from the date this judgment has become final and conclusive.

1. Defendant A

A. On the early April 2018, the Defendant committed the crime related to a two-wheeled Automobile of 1090 ADVURE on the ground of the violation of the Automobile Management Act (1) with a view to operating a two-wheeled Automobile of 1090 ADVNURE (motor vehicle No. D) on the general road, which is imported in a state of being certified as exhaust gas from the competent authority and is still unable to be registered, on the ground that it is imported in the underground parking lot of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Building of Seoul (Seoul) with no certification from the competent authority, and operated the two-wheeled Automobile of 1090 (motor vehicle No. 1090) on the general road. The Defendant removed the “E” registration number plate and seal from the two-wheeled Automobile of 200GW 1200GS ADVNNURE which had already been registered, and affixed the above “1090 ADVNURE” on the two-wheeled Automobile of 1090.

(2) On May 1, 2018, the Defendant: (a) removed a two-wheeled automobile from a two-wheeled automobile of “BM R 1290GS AVENURE” in the two-wheeled automobile of “BM 1200GS AVENURE” in the same place as above (1); (b) removed a two-wheeled automobile of “E” which was illegally used by a two-wheeled automobile of “1090 ADVNURE” from a two-wheeled automobile of “BM 1290GS AVENURE”), and removed the “E” from a two-wheeled automobile of “E”, which was imported without obtaining a certification of exhaust gas from the competent authority; and (c) was unable to be registered yet; and (d) the Defendant exercised the two-wheeled automobile of the two-wheeled automobile without the authority to use it.

B. The Defendant committing a crime related to a two-wheeled vehicle of 1090 ADVENURE (1) from April 5, 2018 to February 28 of the same month, Seoul, including the roads front of the Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul building.
