1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 20,308,988 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from January 2, 2016 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(4) On the first day for pleading of this case, the plaintiff has reduced the interest rate on delay damages among the claims as stipulated in Paragraph (1) of this case, and the creditor's "creditor" and "debtor" shall be deemed to be "Plaintiff" and "defendant" respectively.
