1. The Defendant’s KRW 119,366,640 for the Plaintiff and KRW 5% per annum from August 26, 2014 to December 18, 2015.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. The Defendant Cooperative is a partnership that obtained authorization to establish an association from the Changwon-si mayor on March 19, 2012 pursuant to the Act on the Maintenance and Improvement of Urban Areas and Dwelling Conditions for Residents (hereinafter “Urban Improvement Act”) for the purpose of housing redevelopment improvement project whose project implementation district covers 67,582 square meters in Muwon-si, Changwon-si C.

B. The Promotion Committee for the Establishment of the D Housing Redevelopment Project Cooperatives (hereinafter “existing Promotion Committee”) was organized for the purpose of implementing the housing redevelopment project by setting the size of 47,388.20 square meters in Masan-si (current administrative district is indicated as “Masan-si,” “Masan-si,” “Masan-si,” “Masan-si,” respectively. The approval for establishment was granted on July 27, 2004 from Msan-si, and the approval for alteration was granted on April 22, 2005 to the Chairperson F.

C. 1) The Plaintiff was operating the architect office G, and the H architect office, Inc. (hereinafter “H architect office”).

On February 3, 2005, “Collective Housing Design Service Contract” (hereinafter referred to as “A”) with the existing Promotion Committee on February 3, 2005, and “F of the existing Promotion Committee Chairperson F of the Promotion Committee (hereinafter referred to as “B”), the representative director I of the H architect office, and the Plaintiff (hereinafter “B”) shall enter into a design service contract and faithfully implement and cooperate with each other on the basis of mutual trust and good faith for the successful implementation of the project as follows:

Article 1 (Scope of Services) The scope of services entrusted by A to B shall be the services of the basic design and the working design, which are prescribed by the standards for architect services, remuneration, and other relevant Acts and subordinate statutes, and the execution of the affairs related to the authorization and permission of the government agency, which are necessary for the execution of redevelopment projects.

(1) The scope of design to be performed by Eul shall be as follows:

1. Preparation of books regarding the planning and design, the basic design, and the working plans (construction, structure, electricity, facilities, civil engineering, landscaping, and other necessary matters);

2. The current status survey;
