The Defendant-Appellant A, the Defendant-Appellants, and the Defendant-Appellants, shall prepare three copies of this Agreement and one copy thereof to the Prosecutor’s Office, respectively, as they agreed with each other with respect to defamation cases, including defamation cases at the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office No. 2011 type No. 24074.
- Terms of agreement -
1. The complainant and the defendant must no longer raise a civil or criminal complaint on this case, and shall immediately withdraw all the criminal complaints and civil proceedings filed;
2. The complainant promises that the Defendant’s husband C should not take contact or not take contact again with the Defendant’s husband C.
3. Husband’s husband C of the accused person shall be liable to the complainant by the end of February 2012 for consolation benefits for the day on which he/she had been on the part of the accused person, such as damage of signboards by the accused person.
