1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,216,00 and the interest rate of KRW 12% per annum from October 26, 2019 to the date of full payment.

Reasons

1. A claim against the Defendant for the payment of 32,216,00 won for the remaining goods as of September 19, 2017 with respect to the goods supplied on credit to the Defendant (drinking spring water) by the Plaintiff operating the business of labelling, receiving, manufacturing, and selling claims. 2. Articles 257(1) and 208(3)1 of the Civil Procedure Act applicable mutatis mutandis;
