The judgment below

In light of the records, the court below was just to reverse the judgment of conviction of the court of first instance on the ground that there is no evidence of crime against the facts charged of this case, and it did not err by exceeding the bounds of the principle of free evaluation of evidence against logical and empirical rules, or by misapprehending the legal principles on fraud

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
