However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act did not apply to the competent authority for the registration of transfer of ownership of the said passenger vehicle even when he/she received the C’s car from Vietnam-friendly job offering from Vietnam-friendly job offering on October 2014.

2. Larceny;

A. On November 2014, the Defendant was in the management of the Victim F at the E-Industrial Complex parking lot located in Ma, Mapo-si, Sinpo-si, Ma.

In front of the low-priced car, the number plate was removed from it, and it was stolen.

B. On March 2015, the Defendant was managed by the Victim F in the E industrial company parking lot as indicated in the foregoing paragraph (A).

H The number plate was removed from it in front of the H Slux car, and then it was stolen.

3. From November 2014 to March 2015, the Defendant used G and H number plates for the unlawful use of air, and the unlawful use of air, from around March 2015, as described in paragraph 2, at the front of the Newananan-gun’s dwelling, as well as from the official land in front of the Newan-gun’s dwelling. The Defendant used the said G and H number plates for the purpose of exercising the said car by operating the said car at the front of the Kaan-gun’s dwelling, and used the said G and H number plates unlawfully, and exercised the illegally used air.

4. The Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (Non-licenseless Driving) driving of the said C in the Kaan-gun K group without obtaining the driver’s license between October 2014 and June 19, 2015.
