A. The Plaintiff is a member of the 6th council of occupants’ representatives in Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant apartment”) from June 1, 2014, who was performing his/her duties as the representative of the 111 Dong representative. The Plaintiff was reappointed from the 7th election of the 111 Dong representative that was implemented on April 28, 2016 to the 111 Dong representative, and was elected through an election of executive officers of the 7th council of occupants’ representatives that was implemented on May 27, 2016. 2) The Defendant is a council of occupants’ representatives that was composed of the Dong representatives of the instant apartment, and the instant apartment election commission (hereinafter “election commission”) is an organization established to perform election-related duties.

3) C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”) is a housing management operator entrusted with the management of the instant apartment, and D is an employee of the management office at the management office. (b) The head of the management office D, which was conducted on May 27, 2016, received a registration of candidate for the officer of the 7th council of occupants’ representatives, which was conducted on May 27, 2016. However, even if E had returned to the place to bring about the required documents, prior to the date of receipt, E was first given the candidate No. 1.

The Plaintiff, upon being elected with E, visited the office of the headquarters C on June 28, 2016, requested personnel measures against D of the head office of the management office on the ground that the representative director, “the head of the management office D, in the course of receiving the registration of candidates for the election of executive officers of the 7th council of occupants’ representatives, which was implemented on April 28, 2016 by visiting the office of the headquarters C head office, and “the head of the management office D, in the course of receiving the registration of candidates for the election of executive officers of the 7th council of occupants’ representatives, by manipulatinging the order of receipt of the candidates for the auditor and supporting the specific candidates (E)”

2. The plaintiff also dismisses all senior executive members for the same reason.
