1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 35,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from October 8, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The plaintiff, on November 24, 1995, lent 35,000,000 won to the defendant without fixing the due date and interest, so the defendant is obligated to pay the plaintiff 35,000,000 won and damages for delay with 15% per annum from the day following the delivery of a copy of the complaint to the day of complete payment.
