Text
1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 37,400,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from November 6, 2015 to the day of complete payment.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without holding any pleadings: Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act;
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Part of Dismissal (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015) and the part exceeding the rate of 15% per annum among claims for delay damages pursuant to Article 2(2) of the Addenda to the same Regulations is dismissed.
