1. The Defendant shall pay 120,000,000 won to the Plaintiff and 20% per annum from March 11, 2015 to the date of complete payment.

Reasons

1. The Defendant, on September 7, 2010, prepared a letter of undertaking that “50% of the damages amounting to KRW 12,000,000,000 due to the revision of the sale contract, shall be repaid until December 31, 2010, and the remainder of 50% shall be repaid until March 31, 201,” but does not yet pay the damages amount. Thus, the Defendant, on the other hand, sought the payment of the damages amount.
