On February 16, 2012, the defendant of criminal records was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for a year of imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the District Court of Jung-gu on February 24, 2012.

Criminal facts

1. The point of fraud against the victim B;

A. At around 13:00 on May 29, 2009, the Defendant stated to the effect that “D hotel” coffee shop located in Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “D hotel,” and that “at the time he works as an executive of E Co., Ltd., he became aware of the high-ranking staff of the Korea Appraisal Board at the time he works as an executive of E Co., Ltd., the Defendant would receive an appraisal report at an amount exceeding 86 billion won until June 9, 2009 with respect to the land and building 256 land and building located in the non-electric industry owned by E Co., Ltd., which he/she intends to purchase. To this end, the amount of appraisal receipt and entertainment expenses are different.”

However, in fact, it was impossible for the suspect to receive an appraisal at an amount exceeding 86 billion won considering the value at the time of the land and building in the Seo-dong area of the party branch, while there was no child among senior employees working at the Korea Appraisal Board.

As such, the Defendant deceiving the victim and received 20 million won on the same day in cash from the victim as entertainment expenses, etc. on the same day, and deposited 10 million won in the account in the name of F, the Defendant’s seat on the same day, and received two million won in cash on June 5, 2009.

B. The Defendant above A.

As described in paragraph (1), it was impossible to receive appraisal by June 9, 2009, as promised to the victim with respect to the land and building located in Western-dong land and building of the party branch, so that it was intended to attract foreign capital and to look at the interest of the victim.

At around 20:00 on June 10, 200, the Defendant invested 53 billion won from H Group Co., Ltd. from the Hong Kong H Group, through the Chairman I of the Korean Representative of the H Group in Mapo-gu, Seoul, and made it possible for the Defendant to purchase land and buildings 256 land and buildings at the Seodong-gu, Seodong-dong, Seonam-gu, Seoul.
