Defendant C Co., Ltd. shall pay to Plaintiff A KRW 750,000,000, and KRW 1,300,000,000 to Plaintiff B Co., Ltd. and each of the above amounts.
Reasons
1. Plaintiff A’s primary claim against Defendant C and Plaintiff B’s primary claim
(a)as shown in the reasons for the attachment of the claim;
(However, as the purport of the claim is modified, it is excluded from the description of Paragraph (3) of the cause of the claim regarding the claim for damages based on the conjunctive tort.
Judgment by Publication of applicable provisions of Acts (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
2. The part of the dismissal of the plaintiff Gap's claim against the main defendant Eul, thus all of the claims against the conjunctive defendant D and Eul are dismissed.
