The prosecution of this case is dismissed.
Reasons
1. On December 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 04:00 on December 8, 2019, committed assault, such as assaulting the victim’s face on the hand floor two times with a view to the victim D and alcohol value.
2. Determination
(a) Applicable provisions of Acts: Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act;
(b) Crimes of non-compliance with an intention;
C. On October 12, 2020, after the prosecution of this case, a written application for no punishment stating the victim's intention not to punish the defendant was submitted.
(d) Judgment dismissing public prosecution: It is so decided as per Disposition for the reasons under Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
