The Defendant: (a) around October 21, 2013, at the time of the victim D’s house located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City and the third floor, confirmed that there was no person by dividing the first class of the victim D; (b) opened a bend window and intruded up to the inside; and (c) opened a bend window and opened up to the inside; and (d) opened one cash with 300,000 won for cultural products of KRW 50,00, 18K and one per 14K for one, 14K for three, 14K for four, 18K for four, 18K for one precious metal (total of KRW 1,50,000) around that time, from February 19, 2014 to February 16, 2000, together with approximately 300,000 won in total as indicated in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property 16 times in total.
