Litigation costs shall be borne by the plaintiff.

A. The defendant is an autonomous management organization organized by the occupants for the management of 30 Dong-dong 3169 households of Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government apartment house B (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”).

B. On April 27, 2020, the Defendant publicly announced a bid to select an enterprise to perform the instant construction (hereinafter “instant bid”) through the electronic bidding system (www.k-apt.go.kr) in order to execute the rupture, repair and re-suplicing construction of the instant apartment (hereinafter “instant construction”) in accordance with the long-term repair plan under Article 29 of the Multi-Family Housing Management Act, and some of the following are as follows.

2. Bidding Method: Limited competition, minimum price, and electronic tendering (www.K-apt.go.go).

3. Details of the tender;

(a) The name of the project: The project for rupture repair and reconstruction of apartments;

(b) 1) Details of the construction work, 3 detailed matters, such as the rupture repair and rupture repair of apartments, 2) the work on external parking lines, and the work on external parking lines, shall be distributed when the site site consultations are located.

4. Qualifications for participation;

(d) A business entity that has at least five cases of performance of equal-heat repair and reconstruction works with at least 1,00 households for the last three years;

(a) The receipt and termination of tender documents: Until May 11, 2020;

(b) the date of opening the bids on May 11, 2020 18:30

(c) Methods of selecting business operators and notifying the results thereof: To select the lowest processing business entity from among the qualified business entities and individually notify the relevant business entity;

C. The Plaintiff participated in the instant bidding, and the Defendant opened the bid on May 11, 2020, and among the participating companies in the instant bidding, the bid amount of the Plaintiff was KRW 1,297,900,000.

On May 13, 2020, the Defendant participated at the lowest price in the instant bidding, but failed to submit a public law agreement, and the remainder of the bidding enterprises will undergo the bidding.
