However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant was in a state that the defendant lacks the ability to discern things or make decisions due to his own illness.

1. Obstruction of business;

A. On April 7, 2018, from around 06:10 to around 08:10 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s convenience store management by force by avoiding disturbance for a period of two hours, such as: (a) the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, putting his/her hand on the floor as he/she would put his/her employee E, without any particular reason; (b) putting him/her on the floor and her fright to sit on the tables located therein; and (c) seeing that he/she sits on and she sits on the tables, thereby obstructing the victim’s convenience store management by force.

B. On April 7, 2018, from around 11:40 to around 12:10 of the same day, the Defendant purchased Y’s “G” stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with the influence of alcohol, and purchased Y, with the influence of alcohol 1 concurrently, and controlled the Defendant’s H, who is an employee of the defective company intending to drink fright within the convenience store.

On April 9, 2018, from around 20:20 to 20:35 on the same day, the Defendant continued to walk the victim K, who works as an employee, with a view to his/her duties, such as drinking, coming to the victim K, who is a business owner, without any particular reason, depending on who is a business owner, etc., and obstructed the victim's hotel set work by avoiding disturbance for about 15 minutes by force.

2. On April 9, 2018, the Defendant of assaulted L (U.S. nationality, L, and F.) who walked along the road before the “Korea History Museum” located in 198 as the Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the road in front of the “Korea History Museum” located in 198.
