However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

[2017 Highest 201] On January 22, 2017, the Defendant: (a) suffered bodily injury, i.e., around two weeks of 303 in Pyeongtaek-si apartment 1, Dong 303, the Defendant’s residence; (b) caused the victim’s head debt; (c) five times in drinking the victim’s face and head; and (d) caused the victim’s body more than 10 times, following the Defendant’s bodily injury, i.e., finite base and finite, which require approximately two weeks of treatment.
