1. The Defendants jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 32,184,850 as well as KRW 31,350,000 among them, from February 7, 2018.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. As to Defendant A, a judgment made by deeming the confession (Article 208(3)2 of the Civil Procedure Act, Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act) against Defendant B: A judgment made by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
