1. The Defendant’s KRW 83,97,550 among the Plaintiff and KRW 3,00,000 among the Plaintiff, shall be KRW 80,97,550 from February 3, 2016, and KRW 80,97,550.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act (amended by Service by Public Notice) shall apply mutatis mutandis to the following cases: (a) “creditor” shall be deemed “Plaintiff” and “debtor” shall be corrected to “Defendant.”
