The sentence against A shall be one year, the imprisonment for the defendant B shall be ten months, and the defendant C shall be punished.

Defendant

A on April 10, 2013, a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for one year and a fine of one million won in the Gwangju District Court on November 11, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Gwangju District Court, and Defendant D was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a crime of violation of the Narcotics Control Act in the astronomical Support of the Daejeon District Court on June 28, 2013 and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison on May 12, 2014, and both the Defendants are not narcotics handler.

1. Defendant A

A. On July 24, 2015, the Defendant inserted approximately 0.05g of the Metetop cheric mental medicine 0.05g, in a flusium located in Gwangju-gu U, Gwangju-gu, with W, into a single-use injection machine, and melted with water, and administered the following arms.

B. In October 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05 g of Meart Ampia in a single-use injection machine from the Seo-gu X, Seo-gu, Gwangju, 307, and injected them into the next arms after being melted with water.

On October 28, 2015, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of Meart Ampia 0.05g in Seo-gu X, Seo-gu, Gwangju around October 28, 2015, and melted them with water for a single-use injection.

On November 15, 2015, around 09:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.05g of Zine 606 in Gwangju Northern-gu in a single-use injection machine, and melted them into the following arms.

2. Defendant B

A. On November 15, 2015, at around 09:00, the Defendant: (a) injected C with approximately 0.05g of Zine Y in Gwangju Northern-gu in a single-use injection machine; (b) melted them into water; and (c) injected them into the Defendant’s arms.

B. On November 15, 2015, the Defendant, around 09:10, administered C with approximately 0.05 g of Zine 508 in Gwangju Northern-gu in a single-use injection machine, melting them into water, and melting them into the Defendant’s arms.
