1. The Defendants are jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 48,00,000 and KRW 7,000,000 among them, from November 25, 2005 to June 207.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
(Provided, That the “creditor” and “debtor” shall be deemed to be the “Plaintiff” and “Defendant”, respectively.
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
