A. Defendant A’s real estate listed in the Appendix 1 list;

B. Defendant B shall provide the real estate listed in the annex No. 2 list.

2. Regarding Defendant A and B of applicable provisions of law: Judgment to be rendered as a confession due to the absence of the Defendants (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act) by public notice against Defendant C (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
