However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

On January 18, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the Jeonju District Court for a violation of road traffic laws (drinking driving), and a person who was sentenced to a fine of KRW 5 million by the Jeonju District Court on February 27, 2017 due to the same crime, etc.

Although the Defendant had been punished twice or more due to drinking driving as above, on August 6, 2017, at around 23:54, the Defendant driven the CK7 vehicle without a driver’s license, while under the influence of alcohol content of 0.260% in blood on the front of the CY-gu Sowing-gu, Young-gu, Cheongju-gu.
