A and Defendant B received a proposal from the National Housing Fund of the Republic of Korea to the effect that the loan of the whole housing loan to ordinary people and workers who are operated by the Korea Housing Finance Corporation as the financial resources of the State from the National Housing Fund is actually conducted by document screening without due diligence, and thus it is easy to obtain the loan by using a false lease contract and employment certificate, etc., and agreed to do so. Defendant A was in charge of false lessors and Defendant B conspired with the above loan hub to act as a false lessee.

According to the above public offering, the Defendants drafted a false apartment lease contract with the lessor A, lessee B, and deposit 120 million won and the contract term from July 15, 2012 to July 24, 2014, stating as follows: (a) around July 6, 2012, at the E-official brokerage office in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si; and (b) notwithstanding the fact that Defendant B did not intend to rent and reside in the F apartment G unit in Kimpo-si, Kimpo-si, Defendant A owned by the Defendant, the above apartment unit.

The Defendants were transferred to the J bank account (Account Number:K) in the name of the Defendant at around 13th of the same month from the injured party.

As a result, the Defendants were provided property by deceiving the victim in collusion with his name-free loan hub.
