1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,575,563 as well as 20% per annum from November 4, 2015 to the day of full payment.

Reasons

1. The Plaintiff’s display of the claim is serving in the Defendant Company for the period from February 7, 2012 to October 20, 2015. From September 2015, 2015, wages of 1,486,830 won, bonuses of 4,00,000 won, bonuses of 2,443,170 won, bonuses of 2,453,650 won, bonuses of 2,653,340 won, retirement allowances of 12,894,573 won, year-end settlement refund of 97,650 won, total of 26,575,563 won (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act)
