As the Defendant came to know of the relationship between the Defendant and the victim, the Defendant avoided the Defendant, such as not receiving contact, and the Defendant, who was in custody of the victim’s body pictures, had the intent to threaten the victim as if he were spreaded on the Internet.

On September 28, 2016, the Defendant sent an email message to the effect that “If the victim is waiting to go before the house, he would disclose the victim’s photo to SNSD” to the victim, who would not be contacted by the victim at an influent place.

나. 피고인은 2016. 11. 6.경 불상의 장소에서 피해자가 만나자는 자신의 요구를 거부하자 이에 화가 나 피해자에게 피해자의 나체사진을 공개하겠다는 취지로 “대답 안함 F에 재밌는거 올라가, 내가 G에 올리고 날 고소해, 와서 미안하다 사진 유포는 말아달라는 둥 얘기하셔야지”라는 내용의 H 메시지를 보내 피해자를 협박하였다.

C. On December 14, 2016, the Defendant appears to be a clerical error in the indictment, and thus, the Defendant’s correction is made.

The Seoul Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu I'J expressed that the victim would spread his/her photograph if he/she takes a large amount of photo of the victim in the form of the victim C and the person of the victim at the same time, and that he/she would spread his/her photograph only once if he/she takes a balutic photo.

The Defendant, around January 8, 2017, issued soup in Songpa-gu Seoul Building on the ground that the Defendant was going to find a victim in a soup in Songpa-gu Seoul Building, and thus, the Defendant stated to the effect that “it is necessary to spread the victim’s photograph as to whether he will do so up to the soup.”
