The Defendant, from around August 2010, entrusted the management of D’s building in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, and Jongno, concluded a lease contract related to the said building on behalf of D, and embezzled KRW 900,000 out of the monthly rent from October 1, 2013 to June 28, 2015 by E, a lessee of the first and second floors of the said building, from around October 1, 2013 to June 28, 2015.
