Upon receipt of a notice of enlistment of a person subject to active duty service, the defendant shall enlist in the military unit within three days from the date of enlistment.

Nevertheless, at around 18:09 on October 9, 2015, the Defendant directly confirmed the notice of full-time enlistment in the reserve service under the name of the head of the Gangwon-do Military Branch Office of Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, that he will enlist as a supplement to 102, in the e-mail (the national patriotism), with the Defendant’s consent to receive, and did not enlist within three days from the date of enlistment without justifiable grounds.
