On March 11, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 11, 2016; on September 29, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the same court on September 29, 2016; on March 16, 2018, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Suwon District Court on March 16, 2018; on July 6, 2019, the Defendant completed the execution of the sentence

Criminal facts

1. The Defendant, at around 05:00 on December 3, 2019, embezzled at C, located in the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, 201. Around 05:00, upon the request of the victim D to withdraw KRW 300,000 in cash from the customer who visited the said place, he/she opened the said E card at G sales outlet located in Gyeonggi-si, 05:12 on the same day, and embezzled KRW 300,000 in cash on his/her own, while he/she opened the said E card at the G sales outlet located in the Gyeonggi-si, Si, Gun-si, and saved the above E card and cash at his/her own risk, and embezzled KRW 60,000,000 in cash from March 11, 202 to March 11, 202.

2. The Defendant, at around 05:05 on December 3, 2019, at an I store located at H in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-si, by means of computers, etc.,: (a) as described in paragraph (1), in a cash payment instrument installed at such store, 30,000 won of cash owned by the victim upon request from the victim D to withdraw 30,000 won of cash; (b) entered a password; (c) withdrawn 300,000 won of cash owned by the victim; and (d) withdrawn 30,000 won as described in paragraph (1) (2).

2. 6,450,000 won, including withdrawal of 1.2 million won in cash, from the time to March 12, 2020, by inputting information into a computer or any other information processing device without authority, from March 12, 202, as indicated in the separate crime list (2) to the time when withdrawing more than 3,000 won in cash and additionally withdrawing 1,350,000 won.
