1. On November 25, 2014, the Defendant stated each of the money in the amount quoted in attached Form 1. The amount quoted in attached Form 1 and each of them to the Plaintiffs.
1. Facts of recognition;
A. The Defendant is a nonprofit foundation that operates a general hospital in Geumcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan City. The Plaintiffs are the employees employed by the Defendant under the National Health and Medical Services Industry Workers’ Union (hereinafter “Health and Medical Services Workers’ Union”) and retired from office in June or December 2012.
B. Of the Defendant’s remuneration regulations, personnel management regulations, and welfare regulations, the contents related to this case’s remuneration regulations, personnel management regulations, and welfare regulations are as follows.
Article 25 (Regular Allowance) (1) of the Regulations on Remuneration shall be paid to full-time officers and employees according to the payment classification in attached Table 6 on the remuneration payment day of January and July each year according to the number of years of service.
Article 26 (Long-Term Continuous Allowances) (1) A long-term continuous allowance shall be paid to executives and employees in accordance with the payment classification in attached Table 7 according to the number of employees.
Article 28 (Dangerous Service Allowances) Standing Officers and employees shall be paid 5,000 won per month as dangerous service allowances on the payment date of remuneration each month.
Article 29 (Occupational Allowances) The occupational allowances shall be paid to persons who are engaged in special duties as executive officers and employees in accordance with the classification of payment in attached Table 9.
Article 30 (Overtime Work Allowances) (2) 1/192 of the ordinary wages shall be paid to every overtime work hours by 15 percent.
Article 31 ( Night Work Allowances) (2) Night Work Allowances shall be paid 15/192 of ordinary wages for every working hour.
Provided, That the night duty allowance of a ordinary worker who works at night shall be paid 1/192 of ordinary wages for each working hour.
Article 32 (Holiday Work Allowances) (2) A holiday work allowance shall be paid 1/24 of ordinary wages per day.
Article 34 (Annual Allowances) (2) Annual allowances shall be paid 15 percent of ordinary wages per day of leave on which a person has worked.
Article 34-2 (Monthly Supplementary Allowances) (1) The reduction of the number of employees in office as of July 1, 2004.
