On July 8, 2016, the Defendant driven CA car at around 18:15, and turned to the opposite direction that the three-lane roads in front of the E station in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-do, U.S., are proceeding in the direction of one-lane from the spora-distance flood to the spora-distance flood.
