Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the statements and arguments stated in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 4 and Eul evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including paper numbers), the deceased B (hereinafter "the deceased"), as shown in the "the changed cause of claim", had the obligation to repay loans, etc. to the National Bank of Korea, and the deceased jointly succeeded to his/her obligation as a result of the deceased's death on or before July 29, 2013; the plaintiff finally succeeded to the above loan claim; on the other hand, the above C and D renounced renounced their inheritance; the defendant may be recognized as having received a qualified acceptance trial (2013Ra1358) from the Suwon District Court Branch on October 23, 2013. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay the above inheritance obligation to the plaintiff within the scope of the property inherited from the deceased, as described in the text.
