1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 371,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 5% per annum from May 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.
Reasons
1. It shall be as specified in the attached Form for application for indication;
(However, ‘creditor' is considered as ‘Plaintiff', and ‘debtor' as ‘Defendant'. 2. Applicable provisions of law: Judgment by public notice (Article 208(3)3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
