On September 12, 2012, around 15:38, 2012, the Defendant, without a driver’s license, driven Bone Star Corpex in the section of about 7 km from the front of the Gluri Cl. B from the Gl. Bl. to the front of the Glcheon National Museum of Chuncheon, a master’s name.
